The Via Laietana street goes wild with firecrackers, fireworks, and devils running through the streets; if you are interested to assist, carry protective clothing because often some of the sparkler fireworks are sprayed into the crowds. I recommend to wear long jeans and cotton long-sleeved shirts, glasses, a hat, and avoid the use of sandals.

Giants with effigies of kings, queens, and nobles march through the streets accompanied by small percussion groups that beat out a rhythm on drums as the Giants go by around the crowds of people.

These huge figures procession starts at 18:00 hrs from the Pelai street near Plaza Catalunya, going through centric streets and emblematic points, and it ends at Plaça de Sant Jaume.
